ideas into energy (Albrechtstraße 22; 10117 Berlin; Germany), as part of a grant project for the Afghanistan Renewable Energy Union (AREU) funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, has awarded a work package to the Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft e.V. (EUREF-Campus 16, 10829 Berlin). In the period 25.01.2021 to 30.11.2021 the BSW will perform consulting services for the association and the development, implementation and dissemination of a quality seal for PV installations ("PV-Passport") in Afghanistan. The tasks included in the awarded work package also include policy advice, lobbying and organisational development for AREU.

This tender was carried out as a negotiated award with restricted tendering and without prior expression of interest procedure, which is why ideas into energy is informing the public about the final award in this way in accordance with §30 UVgO.
