Vlad is a PhD researcher in Political Science at the Central European University in Vienna. Previously, he graduated from the University of Bucharest with a BA in Political Science, majoring in Economics and Quantitative Research Methods, and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.

He works as a consultant and also at ideas into energy and at eclareon GmbH. Vlad is primarily working on the distributional effects of European climate and energy policy, focusing on the design and implementation of social measures accompanying the Green Transition.
